Move into the new Auberge Beach Residences & Spa in Fort Lauderdale, and you may recognize some of the neighbors.

Dan Marino, Hall of Fame former Dolphins quarterback; Jacob Trouba, defenseman for the Winnipeg Jets; and philanthropists Annie and Michael Falk, lifestyle and entertaining expert and Comvest Partners CEO, respectively, have all confirmed their upcoming residency at the ultra-luxury residential project on the beach.

The Falks, empty nesters who live in Palm Beach, bough a unit in the North tower with four bedrooms, maid’s quarters and 2,600 square feet for exterior space.

“The sand is literally right at your feet. The ocean views in every direction are incredible,” says Annie Falk, who last year created a tasting menu for a party at Auberge’s model. “Michael and I like to entertain quire a but, so we’ll use the balcony a lot.”

Hockey’s Trouba, 23, purchased a one-bedroom-plus den in the South tower for $1.4 million. It will be his full-time residence when he’s not on the road playing hockey.

“Auberge has the beachfront lifestyle I was looking for in my South Florida home,” the Michigan native says. “I’m looking forward to having a place to relax and recharge my battery. I can’t wait to move into this spectacular building.”

And Marina was onboard from the start – he even attended Auberge’s groundbreaking ceremony two years ago. Fort Lauderdale lifestyle was a big draw for the sports star, who was seeking a change of scenery.

Designed as two separate uniquely configured sleek towers, the condo has 171 units on 4.6 acres. The North tower, 95 percent sold, is scheduled for completion early next year; due date for the South tower, 65 percent sold, is summer 2018. South tower residences range from $1.8 million to more than $5 million. The balance of the North tower units are priced from $1.8 million to $2.1 million.

Developer The Related Group, in partnership with Fortune International Group and Fairwinds Group, touts the property’s deluxe spa-to-be as Fort Lauderdale’s premier relaxation and wellness destination. It will offer Himalayan Salt stone massages and a full-service salon.

Auberge’s restaurant, focused on farm-to-table local fresh food, will be open to the public, as will the spa.
